We strive to acquire the best quality freshest ingredients we can, preferably from as close to home as possible. Most of our seasonal vegetables come from one of four local sources: our own PRESS Garden, Rudd Farms, Valley farmers’ markets and other area growers. Our beef (our Cowboy Ribeye steak, for example, comes from legendary San Francisco butcher Bryan Flannery of Bryans Fine Foods), our Sonoma Coast lamb and free range poultry, all meet our dual requirements for the highest quality standards sourced as close to home as possible.
