Here at PRESS our kitchen is a collaborative effort, defined by the amazing relationships between each member of our staff and the hard work done by those tilling Rudd Farm. We source from our farm, we're seasonally driven, and we let the land tell us what's on the menu, not a single toque. By doing so our kitchen is able to put forth their best foot daily and provide each and every guest with a seasonally appropriate, delicious experience.
