⁠Chef Tessier and the PRESS culinary team will feature a five-course menu paired alongside small grower Champagne producers from the Grace Under Pressure portfolio.⁠

These are newly-championed, small Champagne houses, the wines and stories of which Christine and the PRESS wine team will be on-hand to share with you all evening!
