Chef Darryl's Brine Mix


Brining is a great way to impart moisture and flavor into your meats - and it doesn't have to be complicated. With a simple two-step instruction chart, we're making it easy. The mix is made with Himalayan Pink Salt and a blend of other spices. It will yield enough to brine the equivalent of  five chicken breasts or a small turkey.

Ingredients: Himalayan Pink Salt, sea salt, coriander, tellicherry peppercorns, garlic, onion, chili, and other spices.
